And, we’re already a week in! The first 7 days of 2019 have been a bit of a whirlwind for us, and so here is our first blog of the year… on day 7!
Today, I really want to focus on positivity. I personally think, that whatever our goals/plans/aspirations are, they should all be aiming towards increasing positivity in our lives. Whether it be through our career, family, fitness or otherwise, our actions should be aiming to make us happier.
